Some of the solutions we offer

  • Analog Lines (POTS)

Though the POTS phone may have died down in popularity, you may still hear people talk about it concerning businesses’ phone services; especially when discussing items like fax lines, alarm lines, elevators, or other devices that require a dedicated telephone line.

  • PRI (Primary Rate Interface)

A telecommunications standard that creates a digital connection between your business site and the public switched telephone network (PSTN) supporting up to 23 voice channels with enhanced features. PRI trunking provides your business with speed, reliability, and enhanced security for business phone systems.

  • SIP Trunks

A SIP trunk is the virtual version of an analog phone line. A SIP provider can connect as many channels as you need to your PBX using SIP trunks, allowing you to make local, long-distance, and international calls over the Internet. A SIP trunk provider gives you access to make outbound calls on your existing system without restrictions on the number of concurrent calls.

  • Virtual Private Network (VPN)

A private network connection is built over a public network infrastructure such as the internet. Security mechanisms, including encryption and hiding the user's IP address, allow authorized VPN users to access their corporate network remotely.

  • Point to Point Circuits (P2P)

Point-to-point is a direct and/or private network connection between two or more networks or locations. It is a secure, private and unshared network connection that provides a consistent speed between multiple networks/locations.

  • Switched Ethernet (ASE)

Is a Layer 2 transport service that transmits Ethernet traffic among multiple locations that provide Point to Point or Multipoint configuration options. Switched Ethernet uses industry-standard native Ethernet interfaces, and offers speeds ranging from 2 Mbps to 100 Gbps with a variety of Class of Service (CoS) options.

  • Ethernet Over Copper (EOC)

EoC service offers businesses symmetric broadband connections to the internet, and/or to a carrier backbone network, at speeds ranging from 2.0 Mbps to 75 Mbps. Ethernet over copper service has variable reach. The closer a customer is to the carrier’s central office (CO), the faster the connection capability / broadband speeds.

  • SD-WAN

A virtual WAN architecture that allows enterprises to leverage any combination of transport services – including MPLS, LTE and broadband internet services – to securely connect users to applications. An SD-WAN uses a centralized control function to securely and intelligently direct traffic across the WAN.

  • Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS)

A routing technique in telecommunications networks that guides data based on short way names as opposed to long network addresses, staying away from complex queries in a routing table and speeding traffic flows. MPLS connectivity is typically used when reliability and speed are profoundly significant.

  • Business DSL

Business DSL is perfect for small and medium-sized offices needing internet service for a small team of users. Business DSL is a portion of a 24-channel circuit where bandwidth is aggregated at the Central Office. While subject to oversubscription, it is normally a stable and reliable broadband connection.

  • Cable Internet

Cable internet is used for gaining access to the internet via a fast broadband connection. Unlike DSL and dial up which are available at different speed levels, cable internet has just as fast a connection as cable television transimissions. It can be up to ten times faster than both DSL and dial-up internet services. Companies could get up to 1 GB of download speed.

  • Fiber Ethernet

An Ethernet Over Fiber service is a connection providing high-speed ethernet bandwidth of 1Mbps to 10Gbps delivered as Ethernet over fiber-optic lines. Ethernet services are used by businesses to provide reliable, dedicated Ethernet connections for internet access as well as other applications including email, file sharing, web hosting, data backup, or video.

  • Satellite Internet

Satellite internet is typically used when other internet options are not available in a location. Requires the use of satellite dishes to connect you with your ISP through a satellite. While satellite internet can handle high bandwidth usage, service can be affected by weather or obstruction on the signal path. Typically used when DSL or Cable are not available.

  • Data Center Colocation

is the practice of housing privately-owned servers and networking equipment in a third-party data center. Instead of the in-house scenario where servers live within a room or a section of an organization’s own business infrastructure, there is the option to “co-locate” equipment by renting space in a colocation data center.
