ConferenceConnect easily integrates into most common desktop applications. You can schedule and manage conferences via a Personal Web Portal. During conferences you can access phone numbers and email addresses directly through Microsoft Outlook or your personal address book. And when you send conference notification to participants, all details are automatically sent as well—including host name, subject, date, time, duration, dial-in number, URL, and Conference ID. Plus you can automatically populate Outlook or other calendar applications with complete conference information and integrate ConferenceConnect with Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, and Internet Explorer to schedule and send invitations.
